You know, I have to say because my conscience won't let me be silent, that I honestly didn't think you could make a drop that was horrible. But you did. You're drop in which I asked you to do the following 1)You're listening to CXX Radio 2)Turn it up 3)And rip the knob off. What you sent me was 1)You're listening to CXX Radio (Spoken as if CXX is a fifteen sylable word) 2)Turn it up. 3)and rip (followed by an awkward pause as if you were having a seizure mid sentence) then 4) rip the knob off. What is that? What is so hard about Turn it up (pause) and rip the knob off! (with a little enthusiasm?) I'm guessing and I'm sure I'm really reaching here that your refund policy is built around a torrid history of people wanting thier money back. Well I don't want my money back. I've got money. What I don't have is quality drops for a party I'm putting on in two weeks. That was your test Ron, if you had come through like a pro you would be making serious bank right now on some custom scripts. I like your voice, I just don't here any passion, or rythm and the effects were honestly first grade material. I'm sorry man but that was just too weak to let it slide by without a comment. I don't care about the money so I'm not flaming you over that. But seriously you need to give people what they pay for, YOU with some ATTITUDE and ENERGY! Best of luck to you man.
Reply: Pretty funny, Now most people will some add Instructions on what they want before hand not after. Not a word from you on any of that.....and believe me I work all day long, seven days a week on repeat customers and have in fact had only 5 bad feedbacks in 4 years. That cost me half of what you charged me for yours. Now comparitively how do you think you stand up? And I should mention that all I sent that company was a typed script. They took the artistic liberty of pouring themselves into it. You wouldn't need direction if you were a true professional. Now are you going to send me what I paid for? Because it should be clear to you now, that I will never play that drivel you sent me first time around on the air. Your ball sir. Will you hit it out of the park or will you take it and run?

You must have skipped over the parts where I said I liked your voice and I wasn't flaming you over the money thing, I just wanted what I paid for and I thought I paid for you with attitude, and enthusiasm. I also said best of luck to you. So it wasn't just a rant. I'm sure you are successful, maybe just not doing the type of spots I need done. We both know it takes like three minutes of your time to do these. And at fifteen or so bucks each, I would think that you could afford a do over of the same lines. It's not like I asked you to make ten different spots with ten different messages. That would be cheating you on my part. I don't have any ill will toward you, even if you chose not to send me a better drop. I just thought you would want to get more of my money over the long haul rather than one small amount on a busted drop. It's cool. Whatever you want to do man. It's your integrity you gotta live with at the end of the day. I'm good with mine. I'm not trying to rip you down Ron. I'm trying to push you to do better. Believe me if you knew me, you would know that I am more like the coach who expects more from his best player, than the disgruntled fat man at a party full of skinny people. Give me a good drop. An in your face, rock the party, I'm coming hard core to turn this place upside down kind of drop. That's all I'm asking here. I bought your 1200 drop package and I ordered two custom scripts. You don't think I deserve your best?

I can't tell you how many people butcher my last name but you nail it every time. I also make my own drops from time to time but as a mobile/radio DJ who's always on the move, I find it hard to get the uninterrupted studio time required. It's nice to know that I always have someone I can turn to in a pinch. I always choose the free download method and the most I've ever waited was just a few hours. Man, that's fantastic! I do check your site often for new drops since I already have most of them so keep up the good work and there's no doubt that you'll be hearing from me again soon. I'm sorry to say this however these are the worse drops I have ever purchased! I don't know if you heard them at all but it sounds terrible and I would never play then in any of my mixes. I will have a bad review for this site after this. This is very disappointing.
In just under three years we have only had 3 complaints out of thousands of drops done and those were worked out without problem, with that said, the drops you ordered are the same drops you listened to, or should have when you ordered them ......with only the name changed.??? As well as we would like everyone to be happy with the drops I guess there are those who feel the need to bash us Instead of working it out. We work with some of the largest DJ companies and major radio in 17 different countries. We will take the word of them and the Hundreds of return customers, before someone who just wants to rant. My good man what do you think you get for $14.? A freebie or two.......oh yeah we did that already.
